CLERGYMAN CAUTIONS POLITICIANS AGAINST DISTABILIZING THE NIGERIA.

The Parish Priest of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Isashi, Lagos, Rev. Fr. Andrew Ukonu has warned the ruling Peoples' Democratic Party and the opposition parties in the country, that the future generation of Nigeria would not forgive them, if they drag Nigeria into disintegration in 2015.
Addressing a Press Conference, today, on the "State of the Nation", Rev. Fr Ukonu decried the do or die politics and the manner in which Nigerian politicians enrich themselves and flout the ill-gotten wealth before the people, saying Nigeria, if properly managed will be a flourishing nation and the pride of the black race.
The Parish Priest, who noted that the Church will soon launch a befitting pro-cathedral at Isashi, to sanitise the public on issues affecting the nation, said Nigeria can only overcome its present state of insecurity, poverty, corruption and infra-structural decadence, if the leadership and followership allow the word of God to permeate in their hearts.
He however, advised politicians to be guided in their utterances, saying the culture of killing, maiming, thuggery and causing of untold hardship on the people in name of politics and affluence will only ruin the country.
