Security personnel are trying to determine how an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps was struck by a stray bullet on Sunday in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The Assistant Route Commander, Ibrahim Idris was controlling traffic at the Post Office Area in Maiduguri, when he was struck. He is reported to be responding to treatment at the Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri
