Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan has described as painful,
the death of veteran Nollywood Actor, Enebeli Elebuwa. In a statement signed by
his Chief Press Secretary, Sunny Ogefere, Governor Uduaghan commiserated with
the Elebuwa family, Nollywood and Nigerians on the death of the celebrated
actor.
He regretted that despite spirited efforts by well
meaning Nigerians, Enebeli could not pull through his ailment. Mr Elebuwa died yesterday
in India at the age of sixty-five.
Meanwhile, Nigerians
have continued to mourn the death of Veteran Nollywood actor, Enebeli Elebuwa, who
passed on oo Wednesday in India after a protracted illness.
The sixty-five year
old Elebuwa, undergone treatment for stroke at some hospitals in Nigeria before
being moved abroad. Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, in Mr Elebuwa`s home
state Delta, Richard Mofe Damijo confirmed death to our correspondent.
