VANDALS AGAIN ATTACKS NNPC PIPLEINE IN AREPO, OGUN STATE

The fuel scarcity which hit Lagos State and other parts of Nigeria might resurface, following a fire at the Arepo pipeline of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.
Initial reports say the fire may have been caused by vandals, after a similar incident was doused in Ogun State in August, last year.

Emergency teams, who were battling to assess the site of the fire on Saturday evening, said the latest incident may have killed four people.
The area has been volatile and has made rescue operations difficult.
