An
accident involving a trailer conveying cows, a truck and an ABC luxury bus has
disrupted traffic at the Abaji axis of the Lokoja-Abuja highway. The accident
which reportedly occurred at about 3am today, killed the luxury bus driver on
the spot, while several cows littered the highway. The Federal Road Safety
Corps said two persons died in the crash, while 14 others sustained injuries.
The FRSC added that victims of the crash were taken to the Gwagwalada and Abaji
General hospitals. As at the time of this report officials of the FRSC were on
ground working to free the gridlock caused by impatient drivers
