The General Manager, Corporate Communications of Federal
Airports Authority of Nigeria, Yakubu Dati, says the federal government is
determined to make the country the hub of aviation in Africa.
Hon. Datti said this during a live interview on a Lagos based radio station, 99.3 Nigeria Info.
He said after the remodelling of all the 22 airports in
the country, four new ones are to be constructed, adding that the federal
government will not entertain any unnecessary delay.
Hon Datti added that there are also a lot of
restructuring going on, in terms of staff, concessionaires amongst others, in
all local and international airports in the country.
