RIVERS STATE GOVERNMENT SAYS ATTACK ON COURT MEANT TO INTIMIDATE JUDICIARY



Rivers State Government says yesterday's bomb scare and fire attack on State High courts at Ahoada and Okehi are calculated attempts to intimidate the state judiciary. 
Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Wogu Boms told newsmen in Portharcourt that the perpetrators want to create fear in the state judiciary. He called on the Federal Government to protect Rivers State.

Similarly, the Commissioner for Information and Communications, Ibim Semenitari urged the security agencies to leave politics and protect the lives of the people entrusted in their care.
