A charter
plane, owned by Associated Airlines has crashed into Aviation Estate, behind
Conoil tank farm, just few meters away from the airport, in Lagos, South-West,
Nigeria.
Twenty people are said to be on board the ill-fated plane.
Unconfirmed
reports said the Akure bound plane, was alleged to be carrying the body of
former governor of Ondo state, Late Olusegun Agagu, who died last month. He is
to be buried tomorrow.
The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA
has so far confirmed two deaths. Our team of reporters are following up on that
