the
Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has said the facts are being
misrepresented in the reports regarding the purchase of armoured vehicles for
the aviation minister, Princess Stella Oduah. According to the spokesman of
FAAN, Yakubu Dati, speculated that the story on the aviation minister is possibly
one of many to come as the opposition position themselves towards the 2015
elections.
He
however urged that the focus should be shifted to the achievements made in the
aviation sector in recent times which he says has been unrivalled in the past
40 years.
Meanwhile, Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah has replied to the query
issued to her by the Presidency, insisting that fund for the purchase of the
much talked about armoured cars was budgeted for.
